4. Deposit Rules

Babu Gamer supports multiple payment methods for deposits, including Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in the member's own name.

• Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• If you experience any issues with a deposit, please contact support with proof of the transaction.
• Babu Gamer reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits for specific payment methods.

5. Withdrawal Rules

Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed. Withdrawals will not proceed until your account is verified.

• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum limits vary by payment method.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days.
• Winnings generated from a bonus are subject to the applicable wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold if suspicious activity is detected.

6. Bonus & Promotion Terms

• Welcome Bonus: A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus received on your first deposit can be withdrawn.

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotional offers.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial transactions.
• Attempting unauthorised access to or hacking of other members' accounts.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or influence other players.

9. Account Termination & Suspension

Babu Gamer reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances.

• Violating any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or incorrect information.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Failing to provide the documents requested for verification.
• An account will be closed upon the member's own request.

To close your account, please contact our support team. Any eligible balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed.

10. Responsible Gaming

Babu Gamer believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a primary source of income. That's why we are committed to responsible gaming.

• Members can set limits on their deposits, bets, and session durations.
